A better Zara; AR fitting rooms, self-checkout kiosks, etc.
In my Management Information Systems class, I chose the fashion retailer Zara to improve their user-friendliness IRL (in real life) and in-person stores. My team and I researched technology solutions to improve the customer shopping experience. To implement our suggestions, Zara will implement augmented reality fitting rooms, self-checkout kiosks, and a redesigned website. The changes will reduce wait times and give customers more control over their shopping experience.
